DE: Das Zimmer kostet 730€ warm im Monat alles inklusive. Die Kaution beträgt 500€. Das Zimmer wird den ersten Monat ohne Anmeldung vermietet. Wenn wir uns gut verstehen, kümmere ich mich gerne um eine Anmeldung kümmern.
Das Zimmer ist mit einem bequemen, grauen Bett ausgestattet, das perfekt in den Raum passt. Dazu gibt es eine farblich abgestimmte Bank am Fußende des Bettes sowie zwei stilvolle, rot gepolsterte Kinosessel, die den Raum noch gemütlicher machen. Neben den Fotos an der Wand sorgt ein bunter Teppich für mehr Gemütlichkeit. Das Zimmer verfügt zudem über einen klappbaren Tisch mit Stuhl sowie Kleiderstange und Kommode. Der Boden ist ein Laminatboden in Holzoptik und ist leicht zu reinigen.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 68m2 groß mit weiterem Zimmer, großen Balkon, vollausgestatteter Küche, Bad und Flur.

Ich schätze eine ruhige Wohnatmosphäre, die mir hilft, der Hektik der Stadt zu entfliehen. Deshalb suche ich eine Mitbewohner/In, die ähnlich tickt und ebenfalls ein entspanntes Zuhause zu schätzen weiß.
Über mich: Ich bin Vegetarierin und koche leidenschaftlich gerne – frische, pflanzliche Gerichte gehören zu meinem Alltag. Es wäre schön, wenn du ebenfalls vegetarisch lebst, aber das ist kein Muss. Wenn du Fleisch isst, wäre es mir wichtig, dass du deine eigenen Küchenutensilien wie Brett, Messer, Pfannen und Töpfe mitbringst. In meiner Freizeit bin ich oft unterwegs, gehe ins Fitnessstudio, lese gerne oder treffe mich mit Freunden.

Keine Zweck-WG: Mir ist es wichtig, dass wir eine freundschaftliche WG sind und keine Zweckgemeinschaft. Ich freue mich darauf, gemeinsame Abende zu verbringen, sei es beim Kochen oder bei einer gemütlichen Dinner-Party mit Freunden.
Sauberkeit und Ruhe: Ich suche jemanden, der eher ruhig ist und Wert auf Sauberkeit legt.
Lebensstil: Ich lebe gerne gesund und entspannt, und es wäre toll, wenn du eine ähnliche Einstellung hast.

The room is furnished with a comfortable bed that fits perfectly into the room. There is also a color-coordinated bench at the foot of the bed and two stylish, red upholstered cinema chairs that make the room even cozier. Next to the photos on the wall, a colorful rug adds to the coziness. The room also has a folding table and chair as well as a clothes rail and chest of drawers. The floor is a wood-look laminate and is easy to clean.
The apartment is 68m2 in total with a another room, large balcony, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and hallway.

I appreciate a quiet living atmosphere that helps me escape the hustle and bustle of the city. That's why I'm looking for a flatmate who is similar and also appreciates a relaxed home.
About me: I am a vegetarian and love to cook - fresh, plant-based dishes are part of my everyday life. It would be nice if you are also vegetarian, but that is not a must. If you eat meat, it would be important to me that you bring your own kitchen utensils such as a board, knife, pans and pots. In my free time, I'm often out and about, go to the gym, like to read or meet up with friends.
