Ich vermiete mein wunderschönes Loft im Herzen Berlins ab Mai 1 (flexible) bis Ende 2024 unter, da ich selbst 8 Monate reise.

Die Wohnung hat 3 Etagen und ein helles, offenes Ambiente mit einzigartigem Loft-Flair aus Backstein, Dielenboden & Deckenbalken. Es wird das gesamte Haus vermietet.
Im Obergeschoss des Lofts befindet sich eine großzügige Wohnküche mit Essbereich, Bar und französischem Balkon sowie einem Arbeitsbereich mit höhenverstellbarem Schreibtisch. Das Obergeschoss ist mit Dielen und Dachbalken ausgestattet. Im Erdgeschoss ist der Flur, der Schlafbereich und das Badezimmer mit Dusche gelegen. Die Etage verfügt über eine Backsteingewölbedecke. Der Schlaf- und Eingangsbereich ist mit Parkett ausgelegt, das Bad gefliest (Fußbodenheizung). Im Souterrain befindet sich ein sehr großer Abstellraum und die Waschküche. Dieser Kellerraum bietet viel Staufläche und ist von innen und außen zugänglich. Er ist somit optimal, um z.B. Fahrräder abzustellen. Vor dem Haus ist ein Terrassenbereich. Das sanierte Loft ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und damit sehr hell und freundlich. Aufgrund der besonderen Architektur der Wohnung ist sie eher nicht WG-geeignet. Es gibt keime separaten Räume.

Die Wohnung wird möbliert vermietet. Die Möbel sind den Fotos zu entnehmen. Küchengeräte, -ausstattung, Waschmaschine, Musikanlage und sonstige Ausstattungen sind vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist mit Smart Home Geräten ausgestattet: Licht via Philips Hue Color, Alexa, Heizungssteuerung.

I am subletting my beautiful loft in the heart of Berlin from May 1(flexible) until the end of 2024.

The apartment (full house is rented here) has 3 floors and a bright, open ambience with a unique loft flair of brick, floorboards & ceiling beams. On the upper floor of the loft there is a spacious eat-in kitchen with dining area, bar and French balcony as well as a work area with height-adjustable desk. The upper floor is furnished with floorboards and roof beams. The hallway, sleeping area and bathroom with shower are located on the first floor. The entire floor has a brick vaulted ceiling. Sleeping and entrance areas have parquet flooring, the bathroom is tiled (underfloor heating). In the basement there is a very large storage room and the laundry room. This cellar offers plenty of storage space and is accessible from inside and outside. It is therefore ideal for storing bikes. There is a terrace area in front of the house. The renovated loft is south-facing and therefore very bright and friendly. Due to the special architecture of the apartment, it is not suitable for shared accommodation. There are no seperate room.

The apartment is rented fully furnished. Furniture can be seen in the photos. Kitchen appliances, equipment, washing machine, music system and other equipment are available.
The apartment is equipped with smart home devices: light via Philips Hue Color, Alexa, heating control.
