Lightweight vintage fender stratocaster 1978 ( not cs relic! )

I looked forever for this one. Perfect patina. Worn in, ready to rock and light weight-3.8kg!

The seventies fenders are real sleepers. The main reason being that most weigh around 5kg. Oooof. Well, here she is: the perfect patina monster light weight 1978 vintage Fender Stratocaster!

I only really play my mary kaye and 335 so off she goes to the next lucky owner.

Awesome patina. The checking and wear are what the custom shops are striving to be…..but they just cant beat the real thing. And of course nearly 50 years of playing and the wood drying out creates a tone that is very hard to replicate.

And to top it off it has an amazing untypical medium chunky u neck. .90 first fret. Like an early fifties/late sixties tele almost.

All original. Refurbished bridge pickup. Vintage 60s non orig. case. Frets are played low. Low and very playable. I didnt feel the need to refret it yet. Set up perfectly. Intonated and ready to jam.

No breaks. No cracks.
