Hello,
I sublet my apartment for 3 month -- 01.06.2024 - 31.08.2024.
the apartment is furnitured, there is a big living room and a nice balcony to the southwest (a lotta late sun), it is very well located (close to Frankfurter Tor U5, Tram M10 stops in front of the house), supermarkets are around the corner (3 min small edeka, 10 min bigger ones), a späti & bakery is super close, parks are too.
The apartment is in a family block, means it is not a place to party, there should be respect to the neighbours.
