Ich biete ab Juni 2024 einen wunderbaren Platz auf Mallorca an, um den Raum in Natur & Stille zu teilen und Gemeinschaft als Unterstützung für mehr Vielfalt im Leben zu erfahren.
Großes autarkes Haus in Alleinlage in der Natur mit Blick ins Naturschutzgebiet bis zu den Bergen.

Verschiedene Zimmer zur Auswahl mit (Doppelbett mit Moskitonetz inkl. Bettwäsche & Handtücher, Schreibtisch & Stuhl sowie Einbauschränke und Ventilator) mit eigenem oder geteiltem Bad.
650-750€ plus 150€ NK pro Monat
(minimale Mietdauer 2 Monate, wenn es passt gerne länger).
Es sind mehrere Zimmer vorhanden, so dass man auch ein zweites dazu mieten könnte (z.B. für ein separates Arbeitszimmer) und ebenso für Gäste.

Im Haus ist alles vorhanden und ich habe bereits viel investiert, um es sowohl funktional als auch ästhetisch wohnlich zu gestalten. Ebenso gibt es Internet, ein Gym, (kein Pool) und einen großen Parkplatz vor dem Haus.
Das große Wohnzimmer und die große Terrasse bieten auch die Möglichkeit für Gruppenveranstaltungen.

Lage: 5 min von Santanyi und vom Strand/ Meer entfernt.
Neben dem finanziellen Aspekt, der für mich eine Grundlage darstellt, geht es mir vor allem um die gegenseitige Bereicherung im alltäglichen Zusammenleben. Bisher leben wir zu dritt und haben gemeinsame Interessen wie Sport, Meditation, Nachhaltigkeit, Naturverbundenheit, Yoga/Pilates, etc.

From June 2024 onwards I am offering a wonderful place on Mallorca to share space in nature & silence and to experience community as a support for more diversity in life.
Large power-autonomous house in a standalone location in nature with a view on the nature reserve up to the mountains.
Multiple rooms to choose from (double bed with mosquito net including bed linen & towels, desk & chair as well as built-in wardrobes and fan) with private or shared bathroom.
650 - 750€ plus 150€ additional costs per month (minimum rental period 2 months, longer if it suits).

There are several rooms available, so you could also rent a second one (e.g. for a separate study) and also for guests.
Everything is available in the house and I have already invested a lot in making it both functional and aesthetically appealing. There is also internet, a gym, (no pool) and a large parking space in front of the house.
The large living room and large terrace also offer the opportunity for group events.
Location: 5min from Santanyi and the beach/ sea.
In addition to the financial aspect, which is a foundation for me, I am very much interested in mutual enrichment in everyday life together. So far we are three and have quite similar interest in sport, meditation, yoga/pilates, healthy mindset, ....
