Hallo WGT!

Wir vermieten unsere heißbeliebte und wunderschöne Altbau-4-Zimmer-Wohnung während des WGT. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer mit großen Betten für jeweils 2 Personen, ein Arbeitszimmer, eine tolle Küche, ein Bad und ein Wohnzimmer mit großzügiger, ausziehbarer Schlafcouch. Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock.

In der Wohnung können bequem 4 Personen untergebracht werden. Falls erforderlich könnte die Couch noch ausgeklappt werden und es würden darauf nochmal 2 Personen Platz finden. Das Rauchen in der Wohnung ist nicht erlaubt, jedoch gibt es einen großen Balkon mit Sitz- und Liegegelegenheit. Die Wohnung liegt in Gohlis Süd, die SBahn und Tram sind nur 2 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. In 8-10 Minuten ist man mit der Bahn beim Hbf, in Plagwitz/Lindenau und Innenstadt.

Außerdem gibt es Wifi, einen Beamer, eine Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Kochutensilien, Handtücher und frische Bettwäsche. Es gibt einen Supermarkt um die Ecke und mehrere Bars in der gleichen Straße. Party machen muss leider außerhalb dieser Wohnung stattfinden, da über uns ein Baby wohnt:).

Die Miete beträgt 200 pro nacht. . Die Wohnung ist ab dem 16.05 bis zum 21.05 verfügbar. Die Daten sind verhandelbar, wenn Sie früher ankommen oder länger bleiben wollen. Wir fordern eine Kaution von 200 Euro, die ihr selbstverständlich zurückbekommt.

An die Allergiker*innen: In der Wohnung wohnt normalerweise eine kleine (ehemalige Straßen-) Hündin mit schwarzem Fell. Wir werden selbstverständlich alles picobello sauber machen, dennoch kann sich bestimmt irgendwo ein Haar (in der Suppe) finden. Hunde können gerne mitgebracht werden!

Hello WGT!

We are renting out our much-loved and beautiful 4-room flat in an old building during the WGT. There are two bedrooms with large beds for 2 people each, a workroom, a great kitchen, a bathroom and a living room with a spacious pull-out sofa bed. The flat is located on the second floor.

The flat can comfortably accommodate 4 people. If necessary, the sofa bed could be folded out to accommodate another 2 people. An extra charge may be necessary. Smoking is not allowed in the flat, but there is a large balcony with seating and sunbathing area. The flat is located in Gohlis Süd, the SBahn and tram are only a 2-minute walk away. It takes 8-10 minutes by train to get to the main station, Plagwitz/Lindenau and the city centre.

There is also wifi, a projector, washing machine, coffee machine, cooking utensils, towels and fresh bed linen. There is a supermarket around the corner and several bars in the same street. Unfortunately, partying has to take place outside of this flat, as a baby lives above us :).

The rent is 200 per night. The flat is available from 16.05 to 21.05. The dates are negotiable if you want to arrive earlier or stay longer. We require a deposit of 200 euros, which will of course be returned to you.


To the allergy sufferers: A small (former street) dog with black fur normally lives in the flat. We will of course clean everything spotlessly, but there is bound to be a fly in the ointment somewhere. Bring your dog if you like. It is more than welcome!
