WG-Zimmer mit Studenten in Köln, Düsseldorf, Wupp und in der Nähe

Hallo, liebe Leute♡

■ich heiße Neonila und suche Wg in diesen Städten Köln, Düsseldorf, Wuppertal und in der Nähe. Jetzt wohne ich in der Stadt Recklinghausen, NRW in der Unterkunft für Geflüchtete. Ich bin 20 Jahre alt und komme aus der Ukraine. In Deutschland bin ich seit fast 2 Jahre. Ich möchte nach Köln oder Düsseldorf, Wuppertal oder in der Nähe von diesem Städte umziehen, weil ich einen Studienvorbereitenden Integrationskurs für Geflüchtete in Uni ab Oktober mache. (Ich habe in Universitätet von allen diesen Städten beworben, aber weiß ich nicht gerade in welcher Stadt bin ich Teilnehmerin von diesem Vorbereitenden Kurs nur im August. Trotzdem suche ich die Wohnung in diesen Städte, so eine freundliche WG)

Ich werde alleine in einer Wohnung leben, das heißt ohne Haustiere, ohne Familienangehörige und ohne Freunde, ohne Auto und ohne Fahrrad. Außerdem bin ich Nichtraucher und ein sauberer Mensch, daher kann ich versprechen, für die allgemeine Ordnung in der Wohnung zu sorgen. Ich möchte am liebsten mit weibliche Flatmates wohnen.

Ich bekomme finanzielle Unterstützung vom Job Center. Und ich arbeite noch nicht. Das bedeutet auch, dass die Miete, Kaution und Steuern bezahlt beim Job Center. Außerdem ein Mietvertrag and Kaution auch mit dem Job Center muss ich abschliessen. In Deutschland wohne ich nach dem &24. Schutz und Aufenthaltserlaubnis und mein Aufenthaltsstatus gilt bis März 2025.

Auch plane ich für die lange Zeit das Zimmer zu mieten, von 6 Monate und vielleicht weiter als 1 Jahr.

Neue Leute zu treffen, ich freue mich darauf :)

My name is Neonila, I'm from Ukraine and live alone in Germany according to the 24&. of living allowance. I have an official permission to live in Germany till March 2025. By the way, I live in Germany almost 2 years, from September 2022. I'm 20 years old, now live on the campus for refugees in Recklinghausen, that's in Nord-Rhein-Westfalen. I learned German on Integration course and can speak it almost fluently (B1 Level), my plan is coming to the preparing integration course for refugees at University, it will take 1-2 years. This integration course starts in October this year. That's why I find an appartement near and between Düsseldorf, Köln or Wuppertal, because I made the applications to the universities of these cities and don't know yet at which one I'm gonna studying. But definitely this autumn I became a participant of preparing integration course at Uni. And sure, available public transport nearby is really important for me.


 I don't work and also because of my refugee status, I become financial support from Job Centre, it means monthly living allowance and also the money for renting apartment, taxes and deposit are also paid by Job Center. 


I am going to live in apartment alone, I mean without pets, without family members and without friends, without car and without bicycle. Also I'm a non-smoker, I'm a clean person, so I can promise to keep general order in the apartment. I prefer to live with a female neighbour/s. I'm interested on renting for minimum 6 months or a 1 year.
