Edler Kanadier für Flusstouren der auch Wellen gut wegstecken kann. Tuf-Weave Flex Core Konstruktion (Fiberglas Composite). 81 cm breit, 518 cm lang (siehe Masstabelle Wenonah). Gewicht 24 kg. Eigentlich ein Solo-Canadier für 1 Person mit viel Gepäck. Aber mit 3 Flecht-Holzsitzen auch für 2 Personen oder 1 Erwachsener mit 2 Kindern perfekt geeignet. Ein schneller Canadier mit Tumlehome Design. Das komplette Boot professionell mit Gelcoat neu beschichtet. Holztrimm renoviert und geölt. Dazu gibt es noch ein abnehmbares Tragejoch. The first one I owned was a Wenonah Encounter in Tough Weave. Not very light, and doesn't turn very well, but otherwise I really liked that boat. Super stable, reasonably fast, tracks well, holds a ton of gear, sliding tractor seat allowed trimming it on the fly.
For the Boundary Waters I'd get the lighter layup, which still isn't super light compared to some, but quite reasonable. A bit expensive. Pretty easy to love.“
