Die Aufgaben:

● Preparation of fresh sushi products
● Careful processing of raw materials such as fish and vegetables
● Strict fulfilment of quality and hygiene requirements in the production and storage area
● Proper receipt and storage of goods
● Production of sushi products according to the standard range from the menu and development of own creations
● Sales-promoting presentation of goods
● Ensuring optimal product presentation on the conveyor belt and in the take-away cabinets
● Training of team members

Wir erwarten:

● Experience with the preparation of sushi
● Well-groomed, friendly appearance and customer-orientated mindset
