-Move-in date June 15 or July 1

-The room is 10m2 and has an extra private storage space in the hallway.
-Altbau with high ceilings.
-Ground floor with easy parking area for loading.
-The building has access to the Spree, where you can sit in the summer for lunch breaks.
- The price is 495€ (Includes all bills)
-2 Months security deposit

-About me: I'm a fashion/textile designer and I'll be in a separate room sewing and working on everything related to my small fashion brand.

Once in a while, I'd like to create an open studio vibe to network and showcase our work. For this reason, I'd like to share the space with other creatives who work in fashion, jewelry design, photography, and art in general.
