Wir sind zur zweit (maleri und film) in einer 40qm Atelier bei Studio ID in Lichtenberg und suchen jetzt ein drittes Person der/die es mit uns teilen möchte.

Gesamtmiete ist 525 ink nebenkosten und mwst. Zur dritt 175 pro Person.

Zum Raum: Der Studio befindet sich an der 5.e Etage mit viel Tageslicht. Wir richten es so ein dass wir genug Platz haben für unsere eigene arbeiten, aber auch gemeinsammes Platz für entspannen mit z.b Sofa, Tisch und Kühlschrank und vielleicht auch Lagern oder so.

We are two people (painter and filmmaker) sharing a 40 sqm studio at Studio ID in Lichtenberg and we are now looking for a third person who would like to share it with us.

The total rent is 525 including utilities and VAT. Split three ways, it's 175 per person.

About the space: The studio is on the 5th floor with plenty of natural light. We plan to set it up so that we have enough space for our own work, as well as common areas for relaxing, such as with a sofa, table, and fridge, and possibly storage as well.
