Studio Apartment with city registration for max 2 people

I am going to sublet my studio apartment for minimum of 3 months from 1st June 2024-31 for 3-4 months with city registration.It will be extended after that with rental contract upon discussion..
City registration is possible for maximum 2 people.
This is perfect for a couple or two students sharing or someone who wants to live separately with own kitchen and washroom.
The apartment consists of 1 big room, 1 pantry kitchen and one day light washroom.
Own Storage, bicycle storage and washing maching,dryer, washing and drying space is available in the basement.
CITY REGISTRATION POSSIBLE for both the tenants.
Note: Rental contract in the sublet period is not possible but will provide you the wohnungsgeberbestätigung so that city registration and all the other legal work can be done in Kaiserslautern.

For booking the apartment you need to pay the first month rent plus the security deposit.
Note: First month rent is non refundable if you cancel the contract before moving in but security deposit is refundable in that case.

It is currently fully furnished with all the furnitures queen size sofa cum bed with storage,cupboard,study table,chair, shoe rack,kitchen rack, small cupboard(3-4),coffee table etc.The furnitures are bought by me and you can use it completely free for the rental period.However, if it extends and you are a permanent renter with rental contract from the landlord one time fee for the existing furniture is 400 euro (negotiable)
