Apartment:
The apartment is for four people with 2 bathrooms. So two people share one bathroom which makes it very hygienic and available for use. The apartment is very multicultural with Ukrainian, German and Italian flatmates. The kitchen comes with a balcony. The building has a lift and hence the luggage can be easily moved. There is a laundry area on the 1st floor.

Room:
The room is spacious with a window, roller blind and sun blocking curtains so you can sleep any time in a dark environment. It is fully furnished with a bed, a wardrobe, a study table, a chair and 4 storage racks. I will also leave my work chair and extra screen so you can use them to work comfortably. It has a modern intercom which allows you to access the main door from the comfort of your room and even mute the bell for uninterrupted sleep. The internet is fully functional.

Location:
It is located in Stuttgart-North. U12 is right in front of the building. The station name is 'Milchhof'. It is two stops away from Hauptbahnhof and 3 stops away from Stadtmitte. There is famous sandwich place 'Subway' downstairs and many other food options on walking distance as less than 3 minutes like 'Pizza + Pasta' and Kebap house etc. A shopping mall 'Milaneo' is just one stop away from U-bahn, under 3 minutes. This is where you can shop for almost everything from groceries to clothes. In the neighbourhood is also a 'city library' under 6 minutes.

Process:
A contract will be signed between you, I and the caretaker. This allows you to do city registration. Hausmeister prefers to meet the person before signing the contract but it is not a requirement.
