Short-term sublet in summer: Wedding 2-room-apartment (72sqm)

Wenn ihr nach einem komfortablen und praktischen Ort zum Übernachten im Sommer sucht, könnte dies das Richtige für euch sein.

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich nur wenige Minuten vom Bahnhof Wedding (U6, S41/42) entfernt und ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Leopoldplatz (U6/U9) erreichbar. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Supermärkte, Parks und Möglichkeiten für das Nachtleben.

Die Miete von 1500 Euro gilt für vier Wochen und wird je nach Länge eures Aufenthalts festgelegt. Sie beinhaltet Strom, Wasser, Heizung sowie WLAN-Internet. Die Kaution beträgt 1500 Euro und wird erstattet, wenn ihr unsere Wohnung in einem ähnlichen Zustand zurückgebt, wie ihr sie vorgefunden habt.

Wie ihr auf den Fotos sehen könnt, ist es ein schöner Ort mit schönen Möbeln und einigen Extras wie einem 4K-Projektor und Leinwand sowie einer Espressomaschine.

Wir sind sicher, dass ihr unsere Wohnung genauso lieben werdet wie wir. Beachtet jedoch, dass dies unser privater Wohnraum ist und die meisten unserer Sachen während unserer Abwesenheit noch dort sein werden. Ihr werdet alles ordentlich, sauber und aufgeräumt vorfinden, und wir erwarten, dass ihr dies auch so haltet.

Nur eine einzelne Person oder ein Paar wird in Betracht gezogen. Wenn ihr nach einem Partyort sucht, dann schaut bitte woanders.

Bitte kontaktiert uns nur, wenn ihr plant, zwischen dem 4. Juni und dem 13. Juli für mindestens 4 Wochen zu mieten.

If you're looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in summer, this could be for you.

Our apartment is conveniently located just minutes away from Wedding station (U6, S41/42) and within 10min walking distance of Leopoldplatz (U6/U9), with plenty of supermarkets, parks and nightlife options around.

A few facts about our place:

- fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay

The rent of 1500 Euro is for four weeks and would be set according to the length of your stay. It includes electricity, water, heating as well as wifi internet. Deposit is 1500 Euro and will be refunded if you return our apartment in a similar state as you found it.

As you can see in the photos, it's a lovely place with nice furniture and a few perks like a 4k projector and canvas and an espresso machine.

We're sure you'll love our place as much as we do. Just know that this is our private living space and most of our belongings will still be there while we're on the road. You will find everything neat, clean and tidy and we're expecting you to keep it that way.

Only a single person or a couple would be considered. If you're looking for a place to party, please look elswhere.
