In this role as a Senior Procurement Specialist (f/m/d) you will play a vital part in our organization, overseeing a diverse portfolio of components and managing key procurement activities. If you are a procurement expert with a passion for negotiation, supplier management, and cost analysis, we want to hear from you.

- Oversee and manage a portfolio of essential components, ensuring their availability and quality
- Lead the Request for Quotation process, utilizing your negotiation skills to secure the best possible conditions, and make well-informed supplier selections
- Take charge of subcontracting services, overseeing their performance and continuously seeking opportunities for improvement
- Analyze the cost breakdown of components and services, utilizing this data to make informed decisions and cost-saving strategies
- Provide thorough cost justifications for suppliers and subcontracting services, making sure all expenses are well-documented

Your skills

- A Master's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field with a focus on procurement
- Relevant professional experience as a Senior Procurement Specialist (f/m/d) in a progressive procurement career that demonstrates your expertise in this field
- A technical background or strong technical understanding, which will be advantageous in this role
- The ability to collaborate effectively within teams to accomplish tasks and meet responsibilities
- Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in both German and English, both written and spoken
