● as a developer in optimization algorithmics (m/f/x), you will design, refine, and implement models and algorithms to optimize complex systems and integrate them into scalable software solutions

● by analyzing and modeling complex systems, you will identify optimization potential and drive continuous improvements

● you will conduct simulations and experiments to validate your algorithms and ensure their effectiveness

● your responsibilities include coordinating across optical design, metrology, production, and customer interfaces, while overseeing system optimization and ensuring product performance - this includes planning simulations for future technologies, leading small expert teams, and supporting production in implementing new processes

● degree in mathematics, natural sciences, engineering, or a related field; a PhD is a plus

● strong expertise in mathematical optimization, including modeling and applying mathematical tools to enhance complex systems
