when the duration is over , you can agree with the landlord that you want to renew it by being the main tenant.
Facilities: 3 bathrooms, 3 showers and one big kitchen, One small fridge for each room.
Washing machines run by buying special coins from the administrator for 2.5 €.
*The floor is only for females that’s why only a female student is requested.
