Responsibilities:

- Manage preparation of new regulatory strategies and documents for new products to be launched and maintained in the market with the correct alignment and compliance to regulations, proactively seeking innovative and rapid path to market

- Manage compliance within defined portfolio/activity streams in line with Haleon expectations

- support key processes and ways of working (eg, product labeling requirements, quality, local regulations)

- Strong partner to support the development of claims/advertising and promotion possible within the regulations for food supplements and commodities

- Review and approve artworks for dietary supplements and consumer goods

- Maintain required regulatory compliance databases, systems and processes

- Work together with other functions (e.g. marketing, supply chain, medical, legal) on a BU level but also with global functions and external stakeholders

Basic Qualifications:
_

- BA in the field of food chemistry, pharmacy, biology or related field

- Minimum of three years working specifically within the food and dietary supplements

- Good knowledge in regulations and oversight of dietary/food supplements and experience with lifecycle management activities

- Good communications skills, stakeholder management and enjoys working in multidisciplinary teams

- Fluent in German and English

Preferred Qualifications:
**

- MA

- Licenses or certifications with clinical nutrition are desirable

- First experience in industry association activities
