**Main Terms**

* Don’t worry about the reservation fee, it will be deducted from your first month’s rent
* Minimum contract term is 6 months with a 1-month notice
* Deposit is equal to 2 month’s rent or a small fee per month with deposit insurance

**Additional Fees**

* Pets: If you want to bring your pet friend with you, there is a 50€ monthly charge
