Die geräumige Küche mit zusätzlichem Zubereitungsraum bietet viel Platz für die Zubereitung köstlicher Speisen.
Zusätzliche Lagerräume sind vorhanden.

Die Pension befindet sich im ersten und zweiten Obergeschoss und lädt durch Ihre gemütlichen Zimmer zum verweilen ein. Derzeit verfügt die Pension über 8 unterschiedliche, komfortable Doppelzimmer und 6 Einzelzimmer. Ein Familienzimmer ist ebenfalls vorhanden, dies beinhaltet ein Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten. Zusätzlich gibt es noch 5 Zimmer die derzeit als Wirten Zimmer genutzt werden, sowie 2 Personalzimmer, sollten diese nicht benötigt werden, können sie auch als weitere Gästezimmer angeboten werden.
Urlauber finden hier durch die ruhige Umgebung eine erholsame Auszeit. Ebenso können die Veranstaltungsgäste sich hier nach der langen Feier ausruhen und sich über ein gemütliches Frühstück freuen. Sollten die Zimmer ausgereizt sein, kann man beim benachbarten Gästehaus noch Zimmer dazu mieten, was auch aktuell auch regelmäßig gebraucht wird.

Das Nebengebäude kann als Familienhaus ausgebaut werden.

In der Garagenbox gibt es die Möglichkeit eine Bar einzubauen.

Parklätze sind genügend im Hof vorhanden.

# Lagebeschreibung
Im Herzen des bezaubernden Hotzenwalds liegt der Luftkurort Herrischried. Schon vor über 200 Jahren verliebte sich der Dichter Johann Peter Hebel in diese Gegend und drückte seine Zuneigung in den Worten "Minen Auge gfallt - Herrischried im Wald" aus.

Herrischried liegt in der vereinbarten Verwaltungsgemeinschaft der Stadt Bad Säckingen und ist ländlich geprägt. Landwirtschaft findet sich hier ebenso wie Handwerk aber auch Tourismus.

Vor ca. 40 Jahren entstand die Eissporthalle mit Hallenbad im Freizeitzentrum mit Skiliften und ganz aktuell wird der Neubau der Gemeinschaftsschule Hotzenwald errichtet.
