We're seeking an ambitious colleague for our international expansion, someone whose passion lies in business development, partner management, and sales. Your contribution

• You are responsible for the strategy and implementation of our international partner management, with a focus on the US

• You develop a comprehensive partner program including partner certifications

• You cultivate sustainable partnerships with decision-makers at SAP and ServiceNow and their partner ecosystems

• You develop effective go-to-market initiatives

• You oversee the support (contracts, marketing activities, etc.) and achievement of goals for aconso partners, acting as the central point of contact

• You are responsible for the onboarding and successful integration of new partners

• You closely coordinate with sales, marketing, product management, and other key functions
Your strengths

• You already possess strong experience in partner management within the software or B2B cloud environment

• It is advantageous to have a network in the SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow ecosystems

• You have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and good negotiation abilities

• You consider in-person events, meetings, trade shows, etc. as important opportunities for networking

• Your experience with public cloud solutions (Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform) adds value to our team

• Your ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain a structured approach sets you apart

• You are willing to travel (25-50 %)

• Your good German and excellent English skills complete your profile, preferably with English as your native language
