Hi, my name is Joel White and I’m an English Teacher.

I specialize in working with people in Germany who use English as a business language to help them to communicate confidently and effectively in English.

I am offering the following teaching services:
- Fluency Building Lessons: Learn to speak excellent English with fluency, naturalness and confidence with the correct vocabulary, accurate grammar and clear pronunciation.
- Business English Functional Skills: These lessons teach you essential functional skills to work professionally in English.

So who am I?
I’m 40, from just outside of London in the UK and currently living in Berlin, with my five year old daughter. Here are a couple of the main things that give an idea as to my competence as an English teacher;

• CELTA qualified at the Berlin School of English in 2017.
• Over 7 years’ experience teaching English online and on site from individual 1-1 lessons to larger group courses for large companies and organisations (for example, Siemens Energy, Vattenfall, RWE, Dekra and Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg).
• Self-taught German to an C1 level.
• Professional background in Health and Social Care as well as working in Local Government in the UK.
• Academic background in health and social care and law.
