OMR Festival: 23qm Zimmer frei am Hauptbahnhof vom o6-o8.o5.

Wir vermieten unser ca. 23qm großes Gästezimmer für OMR Festivalbesucher!

Das Zimmer ist möbliert und hat eine supergemütliche Schlafcouch mit einer Liegefläche von ca. 140x200cm für eine oder zwei Personen.

Wir werden die Couch für euch (auf Wunsch) schon mit frischem Bettzeug beziehen und auch ein Satz Handtücher ist mit inbegriffen.

Unsere traumhaft schöne Altbauwohnung liegt mitten in St. Georg, 3 Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, von wo ihr mit der U-Bahn super schnell zum OMR Gelände kommt.

Nach Rücksprache könnt ihr euch in unserem Arbeitszimmer gerne verkabeln und unser stabiles WLAN und/oder auch gern den TV nutzen.

Ebenfalls könnt ihr gern auf unserem sonnigen Balkon chillen und selbstverständlich Bad & Küche nutzen.

Es gibt ein separates Gäste-WC und die Dusche ist im (abschließbarem) Gemeinschaftsbad.

Rauchen nur auf dem Balkon und leider geht bei uns KEINE AFTERPARTY!

Aufwandentschädigung (pro Nacht!):

bei 1 Person: 100,- EUR

bei 2 Pers. insg. 150,- EUR

We rent out our approx. 23sqm guest room for OMR festival visitors!

The room is furnished and has a super cosy sofa bed with a sleeping area of approx. 140x200cm for one or two people.

We will make up the couch for you (on wish) with fresh bed linen and a set of towels is also included.

Our beautiful old flat is located in the centre of St. Georg, a 3-minute walk from the central station, from where you can get to the OMR site very quickly by underground.

By prior arrangement, you are welcome to wire up in our workroom and use our stable Wi-Fi and/or TV.

You can also chill out on our sunny balcony and of course use the bathroom and kitchen.

There is a separate guest WC and the shower is in the (lockable) shared bathroom.

Smoking only on the balcony and unfortunately NO AFTERPARTY!

Expense allowance (per night!):

for 1 person: 100,- EUR

for 2 pers. in total 150,- EUR
