PS: Ich bin der Aktuelle Mieter, ich bin nicht der Eigentümer, deshalb suche ich nach einem Nachmieter der die Sachen übernimmt.
Ich bin auf der suche ab Juli Nachmieter für unsere schöne Wohnung
mit große Balkon
[ mit alle Möbel ]
in Kaiserslautern Betzenberg. Sie wäre ab dem
1.07.24 bezugsfertig
Warm Miete 750 € mit Heizung + 15€ Stellplatz
, die Anmietung der Wohnung ,dass diese komplett möbliert übernommen wird
was Folgendes beinhaltet:
TV
Kühlschrank
Waschmaschine
Voll ausgestattete Küche inklusive Mikrowelle
Elektroherd
und
Zwei Meter mal zwei Meter großes Bett (vor etwa zwei Monaten gekauft Matratze und der Preis beträgt 1300 Euro)

Sofa von Ikea( etwas 1 Jahr alt)
kleiner Tisch
Esstisch mit sechs Stühlen
Schlafzimmerschrank
Schrank mit Spiegel für Badezimmer
Alle Utensilien sind in der Küche
Ledersessel
Bürostuhl
Schreibtisch
Der Preis für alles, was zuvor erwähnt wurde, liegt bei 3000 Euro
