Wearing this EEG while meditating is a cool experience. Not only do you get instant feedback when it notices you are distracted by thoughts, but you get to measure your meditation progress over time between sessions. This device has EEG, heart rate, and movement sensors and is so reliable that it is used for brain research.
But, as I'm traveling for the foreseeable future, I just don't have enough space in my single bag to store this safely.
FYI battery life is shorter than when originally purchased, but it can currently go ~4 sessions of 20 minutes each without needing a charge.
