Modernes und möbliertes Apartment in Frankfurt

Hi,
I am renting out my room in the student residence Neon Wood in Frankfurt Riedberg from 01.06.2024. The room is fully furnished and has its own kitchen, bathroom and mattress. The room has a large balcony where you can sit outside in the summer. The room is on the 7th floor of the hall of residence, but there are two elevators. The rent is €975.00 per month. This includes all utilities. So there are no additional costs.

The hall of residence has
- a very well-equipped gym
- a laundry room
- a gaming room with consoles and games
- a movie room
- a study room
- communal kitchen
- common rooms with billiards, table tennis, table football etc.

The hall of residence is located a bit outside Frankfurt, but the city center and everything important in the city can be reached in ~20 minutes or less by public transport. The Goethe University campus in Riedberg is right next door and can be reached within a few minutes on foot. The surrounding area is very green and therefore ideal for walking and jogging. There are shops in the immediate vicinity (Penny: approx. 5 min, REWE: approx. 15 min), hairdressers and everything else you need for daily life. The hall of residence has a parking lot and an underground garage, but you have to rent a parking space there. The public transport connections are really good. Bus line 29 and the subway lines U2, U3 and U8 stop nearby and run at any time of the day or night.

The room can only be rented to students with a valid certificate of enrollment. As you will be taking over my tenancy agreement, it is initially limited until 15.08.2024, but can be extended for a further six months after consultation with the hall of residence administration. The deposit would also have to be discussed with the hall of residence administration. We will then discuss everything else :)
