Das Manfrotto 420B Galgenstativ ist ein vielseitiges Lichtstativ, das sowohl als Stativ als auch als Boom verwendet werden kann. Als Dreibeinstativ hat das Manfrotto 420B eine maximale Höhe von bis zu 392 cm, aber es kann auch in ein zweiteiliges Ausleger-/Galgenstativ umgewandelt werden.

Sowohl als Dreibeinstativ als auch als Galgenstativ lässt sich das 420B leicht aufstellen. Der Doppelfuß sorgt für Stabilität auch auf unwegsamem Gelände. Da das Stativ eine maximale Standfläche von 109 cm hat, ist es gut ausbalanciert und kippt nicht so leicht um. Das 420B kann als Dreibeinstativ 9 kg und als Galgen 2 kg tragen.
