Zum 1. September wird in meiner schönen 2er-WG ein ca. 25 m² großes, helles Zimmer frei. Es hat Holzdielen, hohe Decken und liegt in einem sanierten Altbau mitten in Friedrichshain, nähe Boxi. Das Zimmer bietet genug Platz für Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank und eine gemütliche Sitzecke. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, Bett, Sofa und Kleiderstange können aber ggf. übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung hat eine Wohnküche, die komplett ausgestattet ist (inkl. Geschirrspüler). Außerdem gibt es ein Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne, eine Waschmaschine, einen Balkon mit Abendsonne und ein Kellerabteil.

As of September 1st, a bright, approximately 25m² room will be available in my lovely two-person shared apartment. It features wooden floorboards, high ceilings, and is located in a renovated period building in the heart of Friedrichshain, near Boxi. The room offers enough space for a bed, desk, wardrobe, and a comfortable seating area. The room is unfurnished but bed, sofa and clothes rack can stay if needed.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen-living room (including a dishwasher). There is also a daylight bathroom with a bathtub, a washing machine, a balcony with evening sun, and a storage compartment in the basement.
WG-LEBEN
Ich bin berufstätig, entspannt und zuverlässig – und wünsche mir jemanden, der oder die ähnlich drauf ist. Keine Zweck-WG, aber auch kein Zwang zur besten Freundschaft – einfach ein nettes, ehrliches Miteinander, in dem man sich gerne begegnet und gut abspricht.
Ich hab nichts gegen mal ein Glas Wein oder einen Abend mit Freund\:innen, aber Dauerparty muss nicht mehr sein. Du solltest also idealerweise schon ein bisschen im Berliner Alltag angekommen sein und nicht jeden Club der Stadt abklappern wollen.
Regelmäßig putzen (1x/Woche) und ein respektvoller Umgang sind für mich selbstverständlich – wär schön, wenn’s dir ähnlich geht :)

Katzenliebe ist ein Muss!
Hier wohnen zwei sehr verschmuste Katzis, die sich nicht für Privatsphäre interessieren und gern auch dein Bett als ihr Revier betrachten. Wenn du das nicht willst – sorry, dann wird’s leider nicht passen.

I'm employed, relaxed, and reliable—and looking for someone who shares a similar mindset. It's not a convenient shared apartment, but there's no pressure to be best friends either—just a friendly, honest relationship where we enjoy meeting each other and communicate well.
I don't mind the occasional glass of wine or an evening with friends, but nonstop partying isn't necessary. Ideally, you should already be somewhat settled into everyday Berlin life and not want to hit every club in town.
Regular cleaning (once a week) and respectful interaction are a given for me—it would be great if you feel the same :)
Important:
A love of cats is a must! Two very cuddly cats live here who don't care about privacy and would happily consider your bed their territory. If you don't want that—sorry, then unfortunately it won't work.
