**About your apartment**

The building is located in Preuswald for you to have the perfect balance between nature and a good commute to the city centre.

**Main Terms**

* Minimum contract term is 12 months with a 3-month notice. Alternatively, you can have a 6 month minimum contract for a 100€ monthly increase.
* Deposit is equal to 2 months' rent or a deposit insurance with our partner Rentcard
* There is a reservation fee, but don’t worry, it will be deducted from your first month’s rent

**All-inclusive rent**

Your rent also includes access to many community spaces such as a long bar, modern lounge, a terrace, dining room, coworking area, workshop room, meeting room and a laundry room.
