Neugründung einer FLINTA WG: 2 Zimmer frei (18m² und 12m²)!

Ich heiße Janine (sie/ihr), 32 Jahre, und suche zwei Menschen für die Neugründung einer FLINTA-WG! Mir liegt Antidiskriminierung, offene Kommunikation und solidarisches Miteinander sehr am Herzen. Daher ist es mir wichtig, dass die WG ein Safe Space ist, an dem wir alle über unsere Bedürfnisse, Grenzen und Einschränkungen reden und so frei von Sexismus, Transphobie, Homophobie, Rassismus, Behindertenfeindlichkeit etc. leben können wie möglich. Zu mir als Person: Ich bin queer, neurodivergent und disabled. Normalerweise studiere ich Psychologie, aber zur Zeit mache ich ein Urlaubssemester, um mich um meine eigene psychische Gesundheit zu kümmern. Wenn es meine Energie erlaubt bin ich gerne kreativ und verbringe Zeit mit Freund*innen z. B. male ich gerne, treffe mich mit Freund*innen für Ausflüge ins Kino und spiele eine Diebin in unserer D&D Gruppe.

Das eine Zimmer ist 18m² groß, das andere 12m². Die Warmmiete beträgt derzeit jeweils 239,35€ und 186,16€. Dazu kommen Kosten für Strom und Internet (jeweils 283,99€ und 230,80€). Ich bin aber auch offen für Absprachen über eine solidarische Verteilung der Miete (z. B. nach Einkommen). Auf Wunsch können ein Kleiderschrank, ein Couchtisch, ein Regal und ein Bett übernommen werden.

Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock und ist daher leider nicht barrierefrei (es gibt keinen Aufzug). In der Wohnung sind Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle und WLAN vorhanden.

Das Gebäude befindet sich in Schönwalde 1 und wir sind weniger als 5 Minuten Fußweg von REWE, Penny, dem Möwencenter, dem Ärztehaus, der nächsten Bushaltestelle und einer Packstation entfernt.

Mein derzeitiger Mitbewohni zieht am 30. Juni 2024 in eine andere Stadt. Damit stehen ab 1. Juli 2024 beide Zimmer frei.

My name is Janine (she/her), 32 years old, and I’m looking for two people who would like to found a FLINTA-flat with me! I value antidiscrimination, open communication and solidarity. It is important to me that the flat is a safe space where we all feel comfortable to talk about our needs, boundaries and limitations and can live as freely from sexism, transphobia, homophobia, racism, ableism etc. as possible. A little about me: I am queer, neurodivergent and disabled. Normally I study Psychology but currently I’m taking a semester off to take care of my mental health. When my energy allows for it I like to be creative and spend time with my friends e.g. I like to draw, meet my friends for a visit to the movies and play a thief in our D&D group.

One room measures 18m², the other 12m². The rent (including heating) is currently €239,35 and €186,16 each. Additionally you would have to pay for electricity and wi-fi (€283,99 and €230,80 each). I am open to agreements about a different distribution of rent (e. g. according to income). A big wardrobe, a coffee table, a shelf and a bed are being left / have been left by the previous tenants and can be claimed.

The flat is located on the 5th floor and therefore unfortunately not wheelchair accessible (there is no elevator). The flat has a dish washer, a laundry machine, a microwave and wi-fi.

The building is located in Schönwalde 1 and less than a 5 minute walk away from the nearest supermarkets (Penny & REWE), a shopping center (Möwencenter), a medical center (Ärztehaus), the closest bus station and a pick-up station for parcels.

My current flatmate will move to a different town on June 30th, 2024. Hence both rooms will be unoccupied by July 1st, 2024.
