she is a solid boat with ballast lead installed perfectly in GRP . Boat lied on dry dock in Sweden last ten years. she is 9000 kg, ketch rigged. running and fix rigging are replaced with new and old ones are spare. sails are in very good shape, spare sails are on the boat too. kokpit windows and all windows are replaced with new. all electric system are new and all water system are new. kokpit is very safe at sailing, all sails can be controlled at kokpit. 20 kg new rocna anchor and 3 spare anchors, electric anchor capstan with remote control and chain counter. she has very powerful bowthruster , it is very easy to enter any marina. she has all navigation equipment ,autopilot, ais, radar, chartplotter, vhf, epirp, radar reflector, deep sounder, wind instruments, shore power,inverter . Perkins 72 hp motor is running like clock and very powerful, she can sail 7 knots with motor. she has new fridge with ice locker, new oven with 3 burner, aspirator, hot water with electric and motor, she has webasto and Newport Dickinson diesel heater, you can enjoy comfortable saloon couches watching flames. 2.60 high field aluminum floor dingy boat is amazing with 6 hp motor, with davids it is easy to up and down, at stern there is bathing platform and ladder, there are 7 sail winches, 2 of them are lewmar and new, very efficient for Genoa sheets, 500 liters water tanks are enough for long sailing, there are 200 watts solar panels and enough battery bank, there are two steering wheels , hydraulic system, in rainy days and cold weather it is very protected steering with in kokpit wheels, Lazyjacks and kokpit covers and fender covers are blue and in very good condition. . lots of spare parts, repairing tools, kitchen tools, ropes are coming with the boat. there is marine sound system in saloon and kokpit . windscreen wiper at the kokpit window, automatic and Manuel bilge pump, very professional shaft sealing no water entering from shaft, dry engine room. all lights are led. lots of lockers.liferaft,life vests , fire extinguishers, this boat is in very good condition and ready to go anywhere, bottom is a bit weedy about river marina but no barnacle. I sailed from Sweden to Lisbon last summer . ı am selling the boat about family reason though I love the boat. marina berth at Lisbon is very good and safe. I don’t know who will be the new owner but he will love the boat . she is strong and seaworthy at any condition and super easy to handle and live on it.
