Welche Herausforderungen erwarten Sie?
- You ensure that manufacturing processes can achieve and sustain the design intent (DFM - Design for Manufacturing), and that processes are followed so that our products and those of our suppliers conform to their specification
- You implement DFM principles to ensure that PCB designs are manufacturable, cost-effective, and meet industry standards
- You incorporate DFT features into PCB layouts to facilitate testing and troubleshooting during production and maintenance
- You identify and develop opportunities for new or improved manufacturing processes, digital systems and technologies to meet current or future requirements and build external relationships
- You ensure application of manufacturing process controls within your area of accountability
- You lead design reviews and generate documentation, including process specifications, DFMEA, PFMEA, process flow charts and part drawings

Was wünschen wir uns von Ihnen?
- You are a qualified engineer in the field of manufacturing
- You have several years of experience in manufacturing and special processes in the power electronics industry
- You have in-depth knowledge of EMI/EMC mitigation techniques and experience implementing them in hardware designs
- You are empowered in using PCB design software (e.g., Altium, Eagle) for multi-layer board layouts
- You have experience in signal integrity analysis and simulations to optimize high-speed and mixed-signal PCB designs, minimizing noise, crosstalk, and impedance mismatches
- furthermore you have a comprehensive understanding of process monitoring and testing methods in power electronics,
- You have the ability to build strong working relationship and communicate on various levels in an international environment, as well as quality wareness
- In best case you have knowledge of CE regulations
- You are fluent in German & English (spoken and written)
