The Role & Responsibilities
Guarantee the preparation of exceptional dishes and service
Maintain strict food storage and hygiene standards
Ensure the pace and quality of service
Train and coordinate kitchen helpers
Collaborate in the creation of new, seasonally-inspired menus
What we’re looking for from you
2+ years of experience in professional kitchens, hotels, or restaurants
Proven ability to reduce waste and manage resources effectively
Ability to work full-time or 4 days a week, including weekends
Fluency in English
