and a boxer since 1983, active from 1987-1999, including Bundesliga (boxing ring Hertha BSC Berlin). I acquired my boxing trainer license in 1997 and have been working as a boxing trainer since 2012. In 2020 I earned the following degrees

· Fitness trainer A license and B license
· Strength-endurance trainer B license
· Rehabilitation personal trainer B license
· Body group trainer B license
· Group Trainer B license

my titles in boxing:
· Berlin champion 1998
· Berlin-Brandenburg champion 1995
· German runner-up in 1995
· Bundesliga 1989-1999

“In Form boxen” is both Fitness boxing and boxing in Berlin-Schöneberg (group & 1-1)

Stress is the cause of many symptoms that arise from various factors.
Last but not least, this includes our generally very sedentary working life.
