We are looking for a friendly, clean and honest flatmate.
Our apartment is located in beautiful Schloss Str. in Charlottenburg, close to the Charlottenburg castle and its huge park. Very nice and green neigborhood with plenty of cafes, second hand shops, super markets and several parks. Only 5 minutes walk from U Bahn Sophie-Charlotte-Platz.
The room is very bright, direct access to balcony. Furbished, large sofa bed (140 cm wide).
The kitchen contains all you need, including a dishwasher. The bathroom has a bathtub and daylight. Big garden behind the house.
Your room is for rent for 6-7 month, maybe longer.
