The apartment is on the second floor. I am a full time musician, so the room is filled with my Instruments, like a piano and a bass. There is everything you need in terms of furniture. You have direct access to the balcony. I have some plants etc would be nice if you can water them.
The room is 10 minutes walking distance away from the Ubahn- Station Osloer Straße. There you have a good connection to Kreuzberg/Kotti etc with U8/U9 (15 minutes to Kotti). There is a Lidl 5 minutes down the road and a Kaufland close to the Ubahn Osloer Straße. In the neighbourhood you got the river "Panke", where you can walk and have a bit of nature.
It would be nice if you have a relaxed vibe who likes social life in the WG sometimes. We are pretty chilled and like to cook together, have a chat ore just hang out in the park. Of course being social is not a must and we like to have a balance.
I am a full time musician. You could use my Instruments, if you are super careful with them. We never had problems with the neighbors so far, but after 22 Uhr I don´t play music, especially on the piano.
The room is fully furnished. You got a bed, WIFI, a couch a desk etc.
