One room is available starting from the 1st of July + big shared space + storage availabilty.
In total there are three rooms + kitchen and bathroom.
The middle room is currently being used by a fashion designer.
I'm an artist and have a small business on the side.
Therefore, I will be using the space for painting and administrative work. Every few months I host studio visits and have nice people coming into the space for a glass of wine in the evening to see my works or yours as well if you're interested.
People from the creative scene preferred :)
