The apartment is 33 square meters, on the 3rd floor of the rear building (it’s very quiet).
There is a bathroom (shower), kitchen and living room separated.
There is a washer/dryer in the bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove/oven, new fridge and freezer, dishwasher, and all necessary things to cook (plates, glasses, pans, pots etc.).
The living room consists of a big couch with a small table, a TV, bed and storage.
The apartment is ideal for home office workers with a big desk in the living room and a stand up desk in the entrance, WiFi works great as well.
The rent is 775€ per month, and I ask for a security deposit of 800€, don’t worry about breaking a plate but I care about the appliances and TV :).
I wish to sub-lease from June 1st to September 7th 2024.
