Die Wohnung liegt verkehrsgünstig direkt an der Landshuter Allee. Vor dem Gebäude befindet sich eine Busstation mit direkter Verbindung nach Schwabing. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist ca. 100 Meter entfernt, von hier hast du direkten Anschluss zum Hauptbahnhof und zum Sendliger Tor (=Innenstadt). Die Ubahn-Haltestelle Gern ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Die Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, wie z.B. Supermarkt, Apotheke, Metzger, Bäcker, sind fußläufig erreichbar.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor in the Landshuter Allee, directly opposite of world famous Olympiapark.

Two rooms are available:
- The small room has around 10m2 and costs 800 Euro plus 50 Euro for utilities plus 15 Euros for the internet. The room has direct access to the beautiful balcony, facing the courtyard.
- The larger room is around 17m2 and costs 920 Euro plus 50 Euro for utilities plus 15 Euros for the internet.

The apartment has been fully renovated. You can look forward to a brand new bathroom and kitchen with dishwasher, oven, etc. New doors, flooring etc.

The apartment is centrally located at the Landshuter Allee. There is a direct bus, leaving in front of the house, which will take you directly to Schwabing, one of the most famous districts of Munich with many restaurants and bars at hand. The tram station is just 100 meters away and from there, you have direct access to the main train station and Sendlinger Tor (=city center). The subway station Gern is around 10 minutes away by foot.

Shops like supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher, bakery etc. are within walking distance.

Maybe the best thing about the location however is the close proximity to Olympiapark, which begins just on the other side of the street.
