A beautiful 84m2 apartment in Prenzlauer Berg

Hi there potential subtenant!

We're renting out our beautiful apartment for the duration of one year (from 10.7.2023.) with all the appliances and equipment the flat has.

The bedroom (approx. 25m2) has a queen-sized bed, a corner work desk, a chest of drawers, Ikea hanger for clothes, some Kallax shelves.

The kitchen is pretty big and it has an oven, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, fridge/freezer, tons of cupboards and work surfaces.

The bathroom has a shower cabin, a bathtub, and a separate little room with a washing machine that we also use as a storage room.

The flat has a balcony of approx. 3.5m2.

The living room is approx 30m2, and it has a 1.60x3.00m sofa, shelves, work desk, etc.

The building has a yard where you can safely park your bikes, etc.

Currently on the pictures you can see a lot of our stuff that has already been cleared out of the apartment. The basic heating is included in the costs, but the heating costs changed a lot, and we don't really know what they actually are . You'd have to take the internet to your own name, and switch the electricity to your name.

Registration possible, of course.

Smoking is permitted in the kitchen and on the balcony.
The deposit is 3000 euros due to the amount of equipment we're leaving in the apartment.
The warm rent is 1650 euros.

The deposit would be returned when the heating company/we both - based on numbers calculate the heating difference, which is a standard in Germany. Those terms are non-negotiable.

Location
The tram is 5 minutes away, Bornholmer S is 7 minutes away, and Schonhauser Allee S bahn is 10 minutes away on foot. There is a doctor's office in the building, and the neighborhood has many amenities that make living here great.
