Harley Sportster XR750 TT Road race tank
This is our XR750 replica road race tank for your Sportster. The XR750 frames had a very skinny (1") backbone so the original XR750 tank wouldn't fit onto the stock Sportster frame (1.65"). We have completely redesigned the tunnel to fit this tank to the standard Sportster frame.

The original 5GL XR750 top shell was modified to match the Sportster tunnel. This tank has a neat dimple top/front and can be bolted to the backbone (you need to drill and tap) right behind the headstock. The rear of the tank has a deep pinch seam that can be drilled for a mounting point or two. A 3/8" fuel bung is normally placed on the front left side of the tank, we can supply a matching Pingel valve.
