Beschreibung
Wir bieten eine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung ab 1. Oktober.
We are offering a 2 bedroom apartment from the 1st October.
The rooms are available on 6 month contracts with a strict set of rules about noise and behaviour as the owners occupy the first floor apartment below.
The apartment is only two years old and has a washing machine and dryer, kitchen with dishwasher as well as complete furnishings .
The accommodation is offered as ‘warm’ either at a cost of €460 for the smaller bedroom, €480 for the larger, available to two sharing ‘friends’, or the apartment as a whole to a couple, maybe with one small child, is €940 per month, paid in advance with a deposit of month‘s rent.
The building is within walking distance to the centre of Gütersloh but also with easy access to the countryside in a quiet street with no through traffic. The bus route, local supermarket, swimming pool, a chemists, hairdressers and takeaway are all around the corner.
If you wish to be considered for this accommodation, please write to us in German or English, explaining who you are, how old you are, where you come from and what your circumstances are (student/working/ unemployed/refugee?).
No-one will be denied the opportunity because of where they come from (the owners are themselves migrants) but your application will be ignored if you do not explain who you are and simply write something like “I am interested in the accommodation”. This will show that you have not read the advert and/or cannot be bothered to put some effort into your application. We want to know something about you to see if you are a suitable and reasonable person to live in our building.
