Zum Verkauf kommt diese wunderschöne 2007 Gibson 57 Les Paul Gold Top Brazilian RW Bavarian Makeover II.
Hier haben wir es mit einer wahrlich besonderen Paula zu tun. Florian Jäger hat ihr nämlich das Bavarian Makeover II angedeihen lassen, wobei hier eine Reihe von Modifikationen vorgenommen wurden. (siehe unten)
Unter anderem wurde hier ein Brazilian Rosewood Board verbaut, welches hier aus dem Bestand von F. Jäger kommt und so offiziell mit Cietes ausgeliefert werden kann.
Mit knapp über 4kg hat sie ein gutes Gewicht, der historisch korrekte 50s Hals liegt perfekt in der Hand und klanglich ist sie einfach genial!
The Bavarian Makeover TWO - 4600 EUR
* Strip off the lacquer
* Re-carve the maple top to vintage correct contours
* Reshape the neck to a genuine 50's profile
* Fill the pores in the mahogany with the correct oil-based aniline dye filler
* Re-stamp the serial number with the correct font
* Refinish with nitrocellulose lacquer with period-correct aniline dyes (cherry sunburst with requested amount of "fade") or the authentic bronze powder (goldtop)
* Re-print the Les Paul Model-logo directly on the headstock with the correct fonts, thickness, and size of the original silkscreen using the right golden paint
* Rolling the fretboard edges for that smooth feeling of an old, beloved, and well-played guitar
* Apply a vintage patina: the waxy lacquer level of sheen you find on old instruments
* Replace the fretboard with CITES-certified Brazilian rosewood and hot hide glue
* Install authentic Mazzucchelli Cellulose nitrate inlays
* Refret with correct style fret-end nibs on the binding with the fretwire of your choice
* Roll the binding edges
