Zimmer/Room
Dein Zimmer ist mit 20 qm geräumig und die beiden großen Fenster sorgen für viel Helligkeit. Die Wände sind weiß gestrichen und der Fußboden mit hellem Laminat ausgelegt. Zwar geht der Raum zur Straße raus, doch ist es bei geschlossenen Fenstern gut isoliert und ruhig.
Die Wohnung ist eine 2er-WG. Von der Aufteilung her kann man, sowohl Zeit zusammen verbringen in einem großen Wohnzimmer oder der Küche, aber auch seinen Freiraum haben bei Bedarf. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine große Couch und Fernseher mit Internet Zugang über die PS4. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, sodass es dir an nichts fehlen dürfte. Hierzu gehört Backofen, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle und auch ein Thermomix! Die Waschmaschine steht im Bad, man muss also nicht in den Keller.
Your room is spacious at 20 m² and the two large windows provide plenty of light. The walls are painted white and the floor is covered with light-colored laminate. Although the room faces the street, it is well insulated and quiet when the windows are closed.
The apartment is shared by 2 people. The layout allows you to spend time together in a large living room or the kitchen, but also have your own space when needed. In the living room there is a large couch and TV with internet access via PS4. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you should want for nothing. This includes an oven, dishwasher, microwave and even a Thermomix! The washing machine is in the bathroom, so you don't have to go to the cellar.
Lage/Location
Die Wohnung (65 qm) liegt im Aachener Stadtteil Burtscheid. Die Bushaltestelle „Burtscheid Sebastianstraße“ ist direkt vor der Haustür, von wo aus man schnell in der Innenstadt ist. Der Hauptbahnhof ist auch nur 10 min zu Fuß entfernt.
Zum Einkaufen ist der REWE Stenten (bester REWE der Welt!) nur 100 m entfernt, oder ein Lidl in 200 m Entfernung. Des Weiteren ist der Burtscheider Markt in 5 min erreicht, welcher weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bietet.
Außerdem sind die FH und verschiedene Parks in wenigen Minuten Erreichbar.
The apartment (65 sqm) is located in the Burtscheid district of Aachen. The bus stop “Burtscheid Sebastianstraße” is right outside the front door, from where you can quickly reach the city center. The main train station is also only a 10-minute walk away.
For shopping, the REWE Stenten (best REWE in the world!) is only 100 m away, or a Lidl 200 m away. Furthermore, the Burtscheider Markt can be reached in 5 minutes, which offers further shopping opportunities.
In addition, the FH and various parks can be reached in a few minutes.
WG-Leben/Shared flat living
Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt. Man kann sowohl zusammen Kochen und einen geselligen Abend im Wohnzimmer verbringen, also auch seine Ruhe genießen.
Dein Mitbewohner Justin ist 30 und studiert derzeit Chemie and der RWTH. Er kocht gerne, am liebsten vegetarisch, und ist allgemein ein entspannter Mitbewohner. Einen Putzplan gibt es derzeit nicht, bisher hat alles gut ohne funktioniert.
Life in the shared flat is very relaxed. You can cook together and spend a sociable evening in the living room, so you can also enjoy your peace and quiet.
Your flatmate Justin is 30 and is currently studying chemistry at the RWTH. He likes to cook, preferably vegetarian, and is generally a relaxed flatmate. There is currently no cleaning plan, so far everything has worked well without one.

Parkplätze sind entlang der Eupener Straße kostenlos vorhanden.
Fahrradstellplätze gibt es im Innenhof.
Kellerabteil ist vorhanden.
