Looking for 2 creatives to share this beautiful room in an Altbau recently renovated.

-The room is: 50m2 to divide with one more creative. So each person will have 25m2
-This room can be a workspace or showroom/gallery/event space.
-It's a go-through room with the main entrance door.
-It has a corner with a small kitchenette area, ideal for hosting events and relaxing at lunch break.
-For privacy a door will be built to separate room 2 from room 1.
-The cost including all bills and weekly cleaning fees (warm): 595€ x person
-One person can also rent the whole room for 1190€
-Room 1 is rented, room 4 is a communal storage space and room 3 is the bathroom.

About me: I'm a fashion/textile designer and I'll be in Room 1 sewing and working on everything related to my small fashion brand. Once in a while, I'd like to create an open studio vibe to network and showcase our work.
