Hey guys, final round I am still renting out 2 rooms in my 4 room apartment in Marzahn from 01.05 - long-term, so it's just gonna be 3 people in a 4 room space. It has a straight and good connection with the S-bahn. The rooms would be rented out empty unless you can agree with the current flatmate on keeping some pieces.
Room 1 - 19 m2 for 500 €/month | Deposit - €600
Room 2 - 16 m2 for 450 €/month | Deposit - €550
