Hi!
I am renting out a studio space near Funkhaus. You can use it for any artistic endeavours. The space consists of 3 units total that will be shared. We have a nice courtyard with table tennis and a grill.
My goal is to grow a community of various artists and musicians, build a label and offer small exclusive live concerts from there (15-20 people). Concerts will be in World/Jazz/SingerSongwriter/Folk Genre or possible anything else. I like smoother styles of music though :).
There is one bigger room, roughly 17m^2 that can be rented for 450€ and a smaller one (6m^2) that can be rented for 250€m^2.
