I’m renting my apartment in Kreuzberg, between Viktoriapark and Yorckstraße. It’s a 1-room apartment, kitchen, balcony, bathroom and hallway, 4th floor with an elevator. It is fully furnished. However, there might be (but don’t have to be, we can discuss this) minor renovation works for the kitchen in duration 2-3 days, and in that period I can offer you a similar apartment in Charlottenburg free of charge. It is for the period 15.05.2024.-15.08.2024., but entry date might be flexible. It is 1200 €/month, all inclusive, and 1500 € security deposit.
15.08. is the last day, there is no possibility of prolonging, as I move in then.
If you’re interested, write the desired entry date and write a little bit about yourself: age, occupation, pets, number of people, desired date of entry, SCHUFA is not necessary, but it definitely helps.
