Hello, our names are Roman and Sophia. Our pet Boston Terrier Lilu also lives with us. After a long business trip, we return to Berlin and are again looking for permanent housing, since the center of our lives is now Berlin. Planned dates are early/mid December. I know how difficult it is to decide to choose someone, so I will try to be brief and transparent with you. We don't smoke, don't have parties at home and lead a quiet family life. We pay bills on time, sometimes we can even pay rent in advance. Our dog is very calm, sometimes even too calm, that we are afraid for her well-being, although she could just be resting. It is insured against damage to third parties. We have many friends in Berlin and we love to spend time with them, grilling on the balcony or terrace, if they have one. I am a director in a Czech crypto company that deals with the exchange of cryptocurrencies, checking 3 persons for compliance with EU legislation, and also provides consulting services in the crypto field. My wife Sophia is a freelance makeup artist. You could say this is her hobby. Its main business is located outside of Europe and is related to glamping and rental of houses in nature.
