APARTMENT

Hey there, I am looking for someone who will take over the contract from the 1st of June until August 31, 2025. Basically, the contract is for 1 year and 3 months with an advantage of extension. If you’ll have a go with the apartment, the landlord will gladly share all the additional details.

This is a very cosy, tidy and clean studio apartment in a newly-built house with all amenities. There are floor heating (very good in winter), furniture (bed, closet, foldable table, chairs, fridge and microwave), dishes, parking, a spacious bathroom and a good sound insulation. The most important thing is personal space, which is good for the first year in Berlin (which was my case).

The place is enough to accommodate couple of guests respectively and pretty spacious for one person to live in. I liked it a lot, but will move to another place closer to my job

LOCATION

Location is pretty good: Adlershof, Rudower Chausse 36, (near the campus of Humboldt Universitat), it takes 25-30 minutes to Alexanderplatz and the same to Südkreuz via S-Bahn S45/S46/S9, bus stop right opposite the house (N60,160,162,163,164). 25 minutes to the Flughafen BER via S-bahn.

There is a plenty of green space with parks and squares north from the building. The location is pretty close to Köpenick, Schöneweide and Grünau and stands perfectly in the middle of south-east region of Berlin, which has a good infrastructure in general.

In 5-10 minutes walk there are big Kaufland, LIDL, ALDI, dm, drug stores and Sparkasse and EC ATMs with various delicious restaurants and cafes. Also there is a good laundry with 2 bus stops away from the house — that’s how you wash your clothes here

MISC

I would be very happy to rent out the apartment by the end of next week, but until the June 1st this might work too. I would be happy to find someone fast, so I would be very happy to get the answer as soon as possible, and I'm counting on someone who really might need this apartment.
